Ballroom and Salsa

This type of Social Dance is fun and easy to learn. Whether you're looking for a date night out or just fun exercise, this will fit the bill. Classes are taught in a multilevel style for beginners to intermediate dancers of all ages. No partner or experience required.

Styles range from Salsa to Swing and everything in between. Currently this class is working on Rumba and East Coast Swing, but Tango or Foxtrot might be just around the corner

Saundra Woods trained at Fred Astaire Dance Studio’s in Colorado and owned her own studio in Denver. She earned her B.A. in Theater Arts with a dance and psychology minor from the University of Northern Colorado. There she studied jazz, tap, ballet and modern dance. She also specializes in wedding choreography for the couple's first dance and other members of the wedding party.
