A pre-professional company within Class Act Dance, dedicated to performance, excellence, and community.

The Paso Robles Dance Collective is a pre-professional performing company made up of dedicated young dancers training at Class Act Dance & Performing Arts Studio. Founded over 20 years ago, PRDC continues to shape the North County dance scene through high-level training, diverse performance opportunities, and meaningful community involvement.

PRDC dancers receive advanced training in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and acro, preparing them for competitive, collegiate, and professional paths in dance.

Mission

Our mission is to provide dancers with a supportive platform for artistic expression and professional development. We strive to nurture their talents that emphasizes teamwork, and creativity. Through our diverse programs, we aim to contribute significantly to the cultural environment of North San Luis Obispo County.

Training

PRDC dancers commit to a structured weekly schedule, masterclasses with visiting professionals, and educational enrichment such as:

Dance history and genre studies
Nutrition and injury prevention
Team building and leadership development

Company Levels & Commitments

Minis (Ages 6–9): 1 Ballet + 1 Jazz
Juniors (Ages 9–13): 2 Ballet + 1 Jazz or Contemporary class
Seniors (Ages 13–18): 3 Ballet + 1 Jazz or Contemporary class
