Rehearsal Day – Friday, June 20, 2025
All dancers will rehearse on stage at Spanos Theatre. A parent or guardian must attend the safety talk before each rehearsal.
Show One (12:00pm)

Parents/Guardians Exit: 11:00 AM – 11:15 AM

Show Two (4:00pm)

Check-in: 2:15 PM – 2:30 PM

Safety Talk: 2:45 PM – 3:00 PM (Parent/guardian attendance required)

Parking: Spanos Theatre is offering a discounted parking link for CAD families on Friday. This link will allow you to pre-register your vehicle for a discounted rate.

Warm-Up Class (only required for certain classes): Ballet 3, Ballet 4, and Homeschool Ballet students must arrive by 10:30 AM

Warm-Up Class: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM

Drop-Off (All Dancers): 11:15 AM

Show Begins: 12:00 PM
Show Two (4:00pm)

Warm-Up Class: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM

Parking: Free parking will be available for all families on Saturday.
Mini Stars:
CAD Mini Stars have the option to sit on their grown-up's lap for the first or second half of the show, depending on which half they are performing in. Please let us know in advance if you plan to do so using the links below:

Please note that you are still required to scan your tickets and join the audience once doors open (30 minutes prior to show time). You will check-in or check-out your mini star with Miss Marikin during intermission.
General Reminders:

Arrival Attire: Dancers should arrive in costume, based on the first class they are performing in.

Please send dancers with a robe or cover-up to protect their costume before performing.

Pack a lunch and water for your dancer. Please avoid foods or drinks that may stain costumes.

CAD and Spanos theater are not responsible for any lost materials.

Please ensure all dancers have a pair of tights (if applicable to their costume)
