ACRO + CONTEMPORARY
ACRO + CONTEMPORARY
Acro skills have become an important component of today’s dance training programs. This class will be a combination of acrobatic skills and contemporary dance technique that will develop balance, agility, flexibility, strength and motor coordination while integrating Acrobatic skills into the artistry of Contemporary Dance. Our Acro/Contemporary classes program is taught by Certified Acrobatic Arts Instructors following a graded syllabus for the safety of the student. Depending on the level of the class, students will learn a variety of skills such as cartwheels, handstands, front chest stand, hand balancing, headstands and more.
